THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR CLIENTS WHO HAVE A VALID SUPPORT CONTRACT HOWEVER, IF YOU SIGN UP FOR A CLASS AND FOR SOME REASON CANNOT MAKE IT PLEASE NOTIFY FPS 24 HRS IN ADVANCE. IF A CANCELLATION IS NOT RECEIVED THE COMPANY WILL BE BILLED $50.00.

Course Description:
Summit One – Prerequisite: Users who have never used Summit or 1st Time Users: This class will go through the basics of opening & processing an escrow, adding demand information & HOA info and other disbursements into the system. CFPB / TRID requirements, 1099 screen and 1099 information forms, editing documents and printing documents and how to drag and drop into the Summit system, adding receipts and preparing deposits in Summit How to use the “updating existing order” by order number, property address etc. THIS CLASS WILL NOT GO THROUGH BALANCING AN ESCROW.
Summit Two – Prerequisite: Escrow Officers/Jr. Escrow Officers that are experienced users of the Summit System and have the ability to properly balance an escrow: This class will show you how to balance a CFPB/TRID file through the Summit system and understanding the “P” & “D”’s in lender, title & escrow screen. Explanation if you have more than 1 loan in Summit and how to balance using “balancing your funding from lender” on your lender screen, and title screen, reviewing Pre-Check, Check register, and Ledger card. What to do if your lender overfunds, printing closing documents and your 1099S filing.
ADVANCED & TRUST ACCOUNTING: These classes will go thru and understanding master documents and clauses, general information along with package printing, storage tabs and various setup and options available in Summit to customize the program for the Company. Trust Accounting – will go thru Daily and Monthly trust reports and accounting procedures. Prepare deposits and deposit worksheets and system setup.
NOTE: There is NO CHARGE for the training classes held at the FPS office location. However, if you are registered for a class and do not show up or provide a 24 hour cancellation notice via email, before the class, your company will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
IF ONLY ONE USER IS SIGNED UP FOR ANY OF THE FPS SUMMIT CLASSES, THE CLASS WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE USER WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL. THE CLASS WILL BE RE-SCHEDULED AT A LATER DATE. THANK YOU
